The Operations Project Manager is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations, project management, and process optimization.

Develop and maintain relationships with network of manufacturing partners and suppliers.

Lead the planning, execution, and completion of manufacturing projects.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with business leaders, engineering, quality, supply chain, and network of manufacturing partners to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
Change Management – Lead the Hyper team and manufacturing partners through changes, communicating effectively during transition, and supporting the manufacturing network.
Decision Making - Make informed decisions based on data and input from the team, considering the impact on the manufacturing network and the overall organization.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, or a related field
5 years of experience in project management within a manufacturing environment or related role
Strong understanding of electrical distribution equipment and manufacturing processes
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
Ability to travel frequently within the US
