Supply Chain Strategy & Operations
- Develop and implement the company supply chain strategy to maximize synergy with partners and suppliers.
- Lead and optimize ERP system utilization to improve supply chain operations.
- Oversee production planning, forecasting, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, vendor selection, outsourcing, and distribution.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and freight costs to optimize cash flow and reduce expenses.
- Lead inventory control efforts to minimize excess stock, prevent backorders, and improve inventory turnover.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain processes and cost management.
- Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing principles where applicable.
- Ensure synchronization of materials management, procurement, and operations information across internal teams, suppliers, and manufacturing partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing.
- 510 years of supply chain, production, scheduling, or procurement experience.
- Strong background in domestic and offshore sourcing, contract manufacturing, and electronic/mechanical assembly operations.
- APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP) or equivalent is preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP MM, AP Modules, SAP Plant Maintenance, NetSuite, etc.).
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and process improvement methodologies.
- Strong strategic mindset, with the ability to align supply chain strategies with business goals.
