Wellness Coordinator/ Laser Technician

Position Overview:
HyperCharge Clinic is seeking a dedicated and experienced Wellness Coordinator/Laser Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating wellness or medical equipment and a strong knowledge of wellness modalities and treatments. As a Wellness Coordinator/Laser Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our clients, supporting the overall mission of our clinic, and ensuring a safe and outstanding customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain the Class IV lasers, PBM Light Beds, Exercise with Oxygen Therapy (EWOT), Pulsed Electromagnetic Frequency (PEMF) therapy mat, and Nano IV Structured Water Treatment.
• Ensure proper and safe use of all wellness equipment and modalities.
• Execute designated wellness plans created by the Clinical Specialist without deviation.
• Provide comprehensive explanations to clients about the wellness modalities and their benefits.
• Monitor client sessions and ensure their comfort and safety throughout the treatments.
• Maintain detailed records of client sessions and treatment plans.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of wellness equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with other clinic staff to ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience.
• Stay current with advancements in wellness technologies and practices.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all clinic policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Assist with scheduling follow-up consultations with the Clinical Specialist as necessary.
• Address and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Provide a welcoming and supportive environment for clients to enhance their overall wellness experience.
• May be required to work at multiple clinic locations as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience in operating wellness or medical equipment.
• Strong knowledge of wellness modalities and treatments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or training in wellness or medical technologies.
• Experience in a wellness or healthcare clinic setting.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to operating wellness equipment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to travel as needed to attend training or professional development events.
• Ability to work at multiple clinic locations as needed.

Reporting Structure:
The Wellness Coordinator/Laser Technician will report directly to the Clinical Specialist and collaborate with other clinic staff to ensure the highest standards of client care and service.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
