By leveraging different perspectives and other ways of thinking, we build better experiences for our members and our team.The Team and RoleWe are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead and develop the Safety Experience roadmap to : - Foster healthy interactions among users and maintain a respectful community,- Ensure our moderation user experiences are fair, transparent, and humane. This role is part of our Integrity (Trust & Safety) team, working to make Tinder the safest place to meet new people.Where you’ll work : This is a hybrid role and requires in-office collaboration two days per week. This salary range is reflective of a position based in San Francisco or Palo Alto, California.
