We are looking for a talented AI / ML Engineer to develop generative AI solutions. We are a world leader in insurance, operating in over 50 countries. Job Duties:
- Collaborate with business partners to understand problems and gather requirements.
- Implement and test machine learning models on the Azure platform.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art modeling approaches.
- Ensure high-quality code that meets business objectives and security guidelines.
- Integrate with data sources using APIs and data pipelines.
- Build strong working relationships with partners across the organization.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Ideal Background:
- 5 years of experience in Machine Learning with expertise in Python.
- Knowledge of ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow / PyTorch
- Experience designing scalable end-to-end ML/NLP systems.
- Understanding of NLP techniques (text processing, entity extraction, etc.).
- Experience building software using containerization technologies such as Kubernetes / Docker.
- Familiarity with CI tools such as Jenkins.
- Experience architecting and consuming scalable APIs.
- Experience building real-time and batch data pipelines with ETL / ELT.
- Knowledge of generative AI technologies and processes.
- Experience with prompt engineering and RAGs using LLMs.
- Exposure to technologies like DBT, Apache AirFlow, or Luigi.
- Bachelor's degree
