Job Duties:

- Formulate and execute recommendations to drive growth and profitability.
- Present and influence recommendations to business partners.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in strategic initiatives.
- Coach and mentor on projects.
Ideal Background:
- 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in the insurance industry
- Experience managing personal lines products
- Experience with competitive analysis tools.
- Strategic thinker with sound judgment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to provide insights.
- Knowledge of pricing and actuarial techniques.
- Understanding of ratemaking and its application.
- Understanding of insurance products and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree
