Job Duties :
Analyze business results, including product refreshes and performance.
Formulate and execute recommendations to drive growth and profitability.
Present and influence recommendations to business partners.
Serve as a subject matter expert in strategic initiatives.
Coach and mentor on projects.
Ideal Background :
3 years of experience as a Product Manager in the insurance industry
Experience managing personal lines products
Experience with competitive analysis tools.
Strategic thinker with sound judgment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong data analysis skills and ability to provide insights.
Knowledge of pricing and actuarial techniques.
Understanding of ratemaking and its application.
Understanding of insurance products and processes.
Bachelor's degree
