Job Duties:
- Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog for a smaller team.
- Elicit and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Manage deliverables, experiments, and roadmap adjustments.
- Implement team goals and strategy, ensuring alignment with overall vision.
- Act as the voice of the end-user, incorporating feedback and needs.
- Make trade-off decisions to maximize value.
- Optimize value flow through KPIs.
- Participate in business readiness and change management.
- Contribute to continuous team and process improvement.
Ideal Background:
- 3 of experience in Agile product management in the insurance industry
- Experience delivering and supporting personal lines products
- Experience working in a cross-functional, multi-team environment.
