Product Engineer

We are looking for a talented Product Engineer to lead new product development and drive process improvements for our product line. We are a leading company in the thermal spray coatings industry, providing advanced solutions for various applications.

Job Duties:

• Lead new product development activities.
• Maintain project status and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth transition of new products into production.
• Develop cost estimates for new products.
• Create process plans incorporating customer requirements.
• Design effective production tooling.
• Manage production work instructions.

Ideal Background:

• Experience in product development and process improvement.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in mathematical concepts and technical instructions.
• Ability to define problems and draw valid conclusions.
• Technical work-study or internship experience in thermal spray coatings is a plus.
• U.S. Person status due to ITAR and EAR requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Materials or Mechanical preferred).
