We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the full product lifecycle of our automotive SaaS platform, from ideation to end-of-life. You will be the voice of the customer and market, ensuring that user needs are translated into detailed product requirements and user stories.
Job Duties:
- Define and champion product vision and strategy.
- Translate product vision into prioritized features and user stories.
- Manage the product backlog, collaborating with engineering and scrum masters on prioritization and execution.
- Develop and prioritize features and user stories based on user/market research, strategy, and business plans.
- Collaborate with product marketing to define value proposition and messaging.
- Monitor key product success metrics (e.g., adoption, profitability, NPS).
- Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with other Product Managers to ensure alignment with overall product strategy.
Ideal Background:
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Ops within the automotive SaaS industry.
- Proficiency with Aha! road mapping software.
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
- Deep knowledge of creating features and user stories.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with business case creation.
- Proven track record of successful product execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
