You will be responsible for the full client lifecycle, from initial contact through ongoing support and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new leads within the automotive retailer marketplace.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
- Understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals, effectively communicating value.
- Manage sales pipeline and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition to implementation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify opportunities to expand within existing accounts.

Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience managing a large portfolio of SaaS clients.
- 5 years of experience leading teams at the Director level.
- Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve financial and operational goals.
- Experience in vendor management.
