Market Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

Leads HyperFiber’s local sales efforts, expands market reach, analyzes market dynamics, oversees construction, and enhances overall market performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Market Growth & Expansion: Identify and pursue potential business opportunities to grow Hyperfiber's market share.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making. This includes forecasting demand, understanding market trends, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Performance Management: Monitor, analyze, and report on overall market performance. Implement actions to improve results where necessary.
• Public Relations: Represent HyperFiber to vendors, contractors, clients, and the community.
• Sales Oversight: Drive sales growth by creating and implementing strategic sales plans, developing relationships with key clients, and providing direction to the local sales team.
• Construction Oversight: Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to oversee the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

JOB EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS

• HS Diploma required
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred. An MBA is a plus.
• Five years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the telecommunications or technology industries.
• Proven experience in sales, market analysis, and project management.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving team success.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) technology and the telecommunications market.
• Proficiency in using market analysis tools and software.
• Willingness to travel within the state and occasionally beyond.
• Possess and maintain a motor vehicle driving record that complies with public, safety, legal, insurance, and company guidelines.
• Compliance with company controls and processes.
• Record of integrity, ethical, professional, and personal standards supported by references.
• Familiarity with Google Earth and use of KML/KMZ files.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
