POSITION SUMMARY
Leads HyperFiber’s local sales efforts, expands market reach, analyzes market dynamics, oversees construction, and enhances overall market performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales Leadership: Drive sales growth by creating and implementing strategic sales plans, developing relationships with key clients, and effectively leading the local sales team.
- Market Growth & Expansion: Identify and pursue potential business opportunities to grow Hyperfiber's market share.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making. This includes forecasting demand, understanding market trends, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Construction Oversight: Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to oversee the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Performance Management: Monitor, analyze, and report on overall market performance. Implement actions to improve results where necessary.
- Public Relations: Represent HyperFiber to vendors, contractors, clients, and the community.
JOB EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Five years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the telecommunications or technology industries.
- Proven experience in sales, market analysis, and project management.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving team success.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of HyperFiber’s Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) technology and the telecommunications market.
- Proficiency in using market analysis tools and software.
- Willingness to travel within the state and occasionally beyond.
- Possess and maintain a motor vehicle driving record that complies with public, safety, legal, insurance, and company guidelines.
- Compliance with company controls and processes.
- Record of integrity, ethical, professional, and personal standards supported by references.
- Familiarity with Google Earth and use of KML/KMZ files.
