What You'll Do :
- Business Process Analysis : Analyze and evaluate business operations from a cross-enterprise perspective. Focus on improving business processes, workflows, and organizational structures to align with company goals.
- Strategic Recommendations : Utilize business analysis models and diagrams, such as process maps, organizational structure diagrams, and strategy maps, to propose new strategies for business change. Recommend organizational changes in anticipation of marketplace shifts.
- Project Estimation : Develop project estimates by identifying phases, elements, personnel requirements, and costs. Ensure that project plans align with business objectives and resource availability.
- Documentation & Training : Create end-user documentation, including user guides, process flow charts, and training materials. Deliver training sessions to ensure that all stakeholders understand and can implement proposed changes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with various departments to ensure business operations are streamlined and in sync with the company's strategic objectives. Collaborate with project management to ensure accurate and up-to-date project estimates are communicated effectively to the relevant teams.
