This role demands proficiency in campaign planning, launch, optimization, and detailed reporting, with a keen focus on achieving specific Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) targets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including creative and digital, is essential to deliver compelling, audience-relevant content. Reporting to the Global Digital Marketing Manager, you'll leverage your expertise to segment target audiences, strategize campaigns, and analyze performance metrics, contributing to the growth and success of Hyperice's direct markets worldwide.
Campaign Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid social media strategies across platforms like Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn.
- Implement effective campaign structures aligned with specific goals, ensuring relevance and resonance with target audiences.
- Utilize Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and other tools proficiently to manage campaign creation, launch, and optimization.
- Coordinate closely with the creative team to align video, image, and copy assets for maximum impact.
Audience Segmentation and Persona Development:
- Leverage your expertise to segment target audiences effectively, ensuring precise targeting and personalized messaging.
- Develop and manage social media personas to tailor ads and content, enhancing relevance and engagement.
Testing and Optimization:
- Design and execute A/B tests to analyze different metrics within paid campaigns, implementing winning strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Allocate a portion of the monthly spend to testing, continuously refining strategies for enhanced performance.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Deliver detailed reporting and analytics, providing insights into campaign performance, attribution, and ROI.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics and Convert to analyze performance metrics and optimize omni-channel strategy effectively.
Campaign Monitoring and Scaling:
- Monitor campaign performance closely, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Review results of successful ad sets and collaborate with the team to replicate and scale winning strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in media buying within relevant social media platforms.

- Strong analytical background with a deep understanding of omni-channel strategy and attribution.
