Job Summary

Hyperion Biotechnology is seeking Program Manager Analysts to oversee daily operations in support of the U.S. Army's Army Community Service (ACS) Centers Family Advocacy Program.

Major Responsibilities/Activities

· Manage daily operations of programs, compliance, and quality control.

· Attend government review meetings and assist in conducting meetings

· Oversee training program and train new employees on processes

· Manage personnel and workload to ensure all tasks are met

· Provide onsite supervisory functions to personnel

· Assist in the development of functional programs.

· Assist in tracking and evaluation of ongoing operations.

· Review forms and reports, and confer with users about format, distribution, and purpose to identify problems and improvements.

· Collect, maintain, and process data.

· Assist in the preparation of reports and summaries.

· Use mathematical, statistical, econometric or other scientific methods and techniques in analyzing problems.

· Analyze and review a wide variety of plans and related operations and recommend changes to improve efficiency.

· Provide direct support for technical and operational activities.

· Oversee plans and operation of all types to ensure compliance with standards and special requirements.

· Assist in the conduct of conferences and working meetings. Identify sources of relevant information and data.

· Plan and establish record and data storage and retrieval systems.

· Conduct prevention education program activity assessments, evaluate data, monitor status of operations including follow-up, and develop new strategic level recommendations.

· Assist in the conduct of conferences and working meetings.

· Assist in the development of technical and operational documents and plans.

· Assist in the implementation of technical and operational activities.


Minimum Requirements

Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in social work, psychology; marriage, family, and child counseling; counseling or behavioral science; sociology, education; community health or public health, business management, human resources, or criminal justice
· Demonstrate five (5) years of skills management and the supervision of personnel.

Possess good analytical skills, time management, and be an independent thinker
· Have prior Military experience or experience with Military Family programs and non-clinical case management (preferred).

Must be able to pass a government background check
Must be a U.S. citizen
· Minimum of one year of experience working in a Military Family Support Center (FSC); or Civilian social service agency serving Military Families.

· Working knowledge of Family violence dynamics, safety planning, risk assessments, local community resources, and federal and state laws pertaining to domestic abuse, Family law and the Victim Rights Bill.

· Working knowledge of Military protocol when addressing Officers, Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) and Government personnel.

· Ability to effectively interface and communicate with Civilian and Military personnel at all levels.

· Ability to demonstrate an understanding, sensitivity, and empathy for victims.

· Ability to develop trusting helping relationships.

· Ability to work effectively with individuals and Families from diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

· Ability to intervene in crisis situations, using sound professional judgment, ethical practice, and common sense; ability to work independently to assess risk, develop, implement, and evaluate safety and intervention plans to meet victims' needs; and the ability to operate within established guidelines of the FAP.

· Ability to conduct briefings with small and large groups of Civilians, Soldiers and commanders.

· Ability to work cooperatively with Military and Civilian medical, social service, law enforcement, and legal personnel on behalf of victims.

· Ability to maintain a valid, unrestricted motor vehicle license.

· Ability to perform all contractual duties, which may include transporting, lifting and setting up displays; and standing and walking during activities that involve domestic abuse prevention and response.

· Computer literacy to include the basic computer skills necessary to enable them to prepare briefing slides and program documentation, enter data in required management reports and utilize information systems to prepare required reports and information.
