Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Hyperion Materials & Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and organized CRM Data Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in-depth knowledge of CRM system while working in a global environment.
- Review customer data and enhance key market segmentation fields such as industry, end user, and product of interest to help develop target groups for marketing and sales initiatives.
- Perform data cleansing tasks such as deduplication, standardization, and validation to improve marketing campaign efficiency and to help ensure an accurate Ideal Customer Profile.
- Conduct data entry, verification tasks, and handle confidential information with discretion; maintain data security.
