Duties

- Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and appointment management to optimize office efficiency.
- Implement and maintain office management systems such as eClinicalWorks to enhance workflow and patient care.
- Coordinate human resources functions including employee relations, benefits administration, and staff scheduling.
- Monitor financial performance by managing budgets, billing processes, and revenue cycle management.
- Ensure high-quality patient care by maintaining critical care protocols and best practices within the office.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all operational issues within the practice.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in medical office management or practice management is essential.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team building and employee engagement.
- Background in nursing or critical care is a plus but not required.
- Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with patients, staff, and external stakeholders.
