Responsibilities:
- Provides direct support and on occasion to lead and manage the production of various products in specific areas, including collection management, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED), and Intelligence, Reconnaissance, and Surveillance (ISR) operations, commander support and national-to-tactical multi-discipline intelligence in coordination with the PED Chief.
- Conducts or leads research, analysis, and evaluation efforts as well as conduct or research studies, analyses, assessments, and technical reports, which may include the use of existing documents, databases, models, architectures and simulations to develop finished CM and/or PED products that are in accordance with U.S. Army and DOD/Joint/IC standards and practices. Deliverables produced shall be in a variety of formats in response to a wide range of requirements and delivery schedules. Provides mid-to-high-level analytical assessments and advice on complex issues, which require extensive knowledge of the subject matter.
- May attend various types of symposiums and meetings at the Army Staff and Joint Staff level.
Requirements:
- Education & Experience Requirements: MA/MS degree in a related field and/or 20 years of experience as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst or Collection Manager on U.S. Army or DoD programs and projects that provide intelligence analysis, collection management, or targeting support with experience from Army tactical to strategic.
- Experience as a staff action officer at the HQDA (DCS, G-2 preferred) or Joint (J-2 preferred) or OSD (OUSD (I) preferred) or a closely related DOD organization/agency.
- Experience with the Foreign Disclosure process and the release of intelligence to FVEY and coalition partners.
- Demonstrates detailed knowledge of roles, missions, and functions of Intelligence organizations, TRADOC, and Joint organizations.
- Demonstrates knowledge of Army and Joint Collection Management and PED, Army MI system capabilities and employment, ISR capabilities, Army PPBE process, Army Intelligence Planning and Operations, and Army Force Structure.
- Experience in preparation and presentation of briefings to senior leaders and other ARSTAF action officers. May attend various types of meetings and symposia at the ARSTAF and DOD level.
- Experience in collection management, targeting, PED, or ISR experience exploiting large, complex, spatial and temporal data as part of collection requirements management, collection operations management, targeting management, or ISR management to produce timely, relevant, and compliant CM/PED/ISR production.

Preferred:
- Combat deployment experience as an Intelligence Officer/Warrant Officer.
