What You'll Do:
- Drive Sales: Proactively follow up on open quotes, close deals, and upsell additional products and services.
- Own Your Pipeline: Track all activities and maintain daily updates in Salesforce CRM — your pipeline is your business!
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with Customer Care and Technical Application Specialists to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Build Customer Relationships: Be the goto contact for customers, offering solutions that drive value and deepen loyalty.
- Measure Your Success: Achieve (and exceed) KPIs for bookings, customer contacts, and quote conversions.
- Stay Organized: Keep quotes, contracts, and Salesforce records organized and up to date.
- Pave the Way: Help shape processes and best practices for the Inside Sales team as you grow the role.
- 2 years of inside sales experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Salesforce CRM experience (preferred).
- High energy, selfmotivation, and a strong desire to win.
- Elevator industry experience is a plus but not required.
- Communicates clearly and effectively.
- Delivers highquality, accurate work on time.
- Displays technical expertise and learns quickly.
- Prioritizes tasks and manages resources efficiently.
- Resolves conflicts professionally when needed.
