Marketing Generalist

Hyperion Solutions is seeking an experienced Marketing Generalist to join our Commercial team. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this position plays an integral role in developing a positive brand awareness, generating leads, collaborating with the Sales team, and executing internal and external communications.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and ensure consistency with Hyperion’s corporate branding guidelines across all materials.
• Independently and with 3rd party firms, create multimedia and digital content, graphic designs, brochures, catalogs, PowerPoint presentations, and general Sales collateral.
• Design and update website and social media content, including regular posts on LinkedIn.
• Plan and coordinate trade shows, including booth design, graphics development, promotional materials, and event logistics.
• Create and distribute mass email campaigns to both external customers and internal employees.
• Collaborate with the Human Resources department on internal communication initiatives such as employee newsletters, site and corporate Town Halls, recruitment materials, and the development of the employee value proposition.
• Support the maintenance and development of the company intranet, SharePoint (HyperConnect).
• Additional marketing and communication projects assigned.
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communication or Journalism preferred
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role with a portfolio of work required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience working with programs like Quark, Illustrator, Photoshop, Fireworks, InDesign, Dreamweaver, HTML, Flash, and or Acrobat preferred
