This Growth Marketing Director will serve as the lead growth marketing partner for a single, high-priority client, overseeing a small internal team (1–2 direct reports) and managing external partners to execute and optimize all media efforts. This role requires strategic oversight across paid social, search, Google Display, programmatic (managed service), print, and one-off placements.
In addition to media strategy and execution, this role is responsible for ensuring clear, compelling reporting across all media channels and translating performance into actionable business insights. The ideal candidate will have the ability to educate clients on both the “what” and the “why,” with a strong focus on tying marketing performance to real-world outcomes, including sales.
This is a roll-up-your-sleeves role—while you'll lead the team and overall strategy, you're also expected to be deep in the work: building, optimizing, reporting, and refining campaigns. Frequent client interaction and collaboration is a key component of this role, and it will require monthly travel to support in-person meetings, reviews, and workshops.
Responsibilities

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across all marketing channels, providing regular, insightful reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 7 years experience in growth marketing or performance media
- Experience managing multi-channel media campaigns including paid social, paid search, Google Display, programmatic, print, and one-off placements
- Strong background in media reporting and translating insights into business outcomes
- Ability to lead and manage a small team as well as external partners
- Exceptional communication skills and confidence educating clients
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
