We are currently looking for a Senior Client Leader who will be tasked with managing assigned client engagements and guiding the Hyperquake team to ensure successful completion of all project work. As the key bridge between the agency and our clients, the individual will not only speak and act on behalf of the clients within our agency but also represent the agency's voice with our clients.



Responsibilities:
Oversee the building and management of the creative, strategy and Growth Marketing teams to ensure that projects, client objectives, budgets and schedules are effectively met.
Have experience with leading complex businesses and supporting a team to understand and create strategies for different audiences, ranging in complexity.
Enhance our customer service by working closely with the Client Leadership team, consistently seeking opportunities to improve client satisfaction and foster deeper relationships.
Manage the day-to-day client interactions and their expectations, making sure that clients fully understand the progress and deliverables towards the project's end goal.
Ensure the delivery of all work on-time, on-budget and on-strategy in collaboration with the Client Leadership team.
Manage a book of business and supervise the flow of work and important client facing project deliverables including detailed timelines/project plans, milestones/schedules and tracking documents.
Drive organic growth with existing clients by understanding the needs of the business and serving as a trusted advisor.
Monitor financials to confirm that work is delivered within budget.
Inspire and influence the internal teams to achieve project objectives that meet or exceed expectations.
Help inspire internal teams through through leadership and best in class processes to improve efficiencies and deliverables.


What we'd like you to bring to Hyperquake:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required
5-7 years post graduate, marketing, branding, professional industry related experience
Strong knowledge and experience in marketing and/or advertising, with emphasis on brand building
6 Years agency or relevant experience
Outstanding project management skills.
Deep understanding of effective marketing and branding strategies.
Understanding of growth marketing and go to market solutions and processes
Exceptional skills in building personal and professional relationships.
Highly motivated with a clear focus on achieving both long and short-term goals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced problem-solving capabilities with a 'can-do' attitude.
Lead and manage day-to-day client interactions and manage client expectations. 
Help ensure clients understand deliverables and progress towards project end goal. 
Accurately manage budgets to maintain profitable projects & client accounts
Travel as required by client or project need to meetings, events, etc. and support meetings as required for success.

 

This is hybrid role with in office requirements and flexibility to work remote.
