Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Senior Client Leader located in Cincinnati, OH, with some work from home flexibility. The Senior Client Leader will be responsible for overseeing client relationships, strategizing and planning projects, leading teams, and ensuring client satisfaction. They will collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions and drive growth for clients. The Senior Client Leader will also have experience managing the project details and have great attention to detail, timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
- 5 years experience leading client relationships within the marketing (or similar) industry
- Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service experience
- Strong Customer Experience understanding
- Experience in client relationship management
