Job Summary:
The Lead Generation and Strategic Partnerships Manager will play a crucial role in
driving the success of Hypersign’s marketing and sales efforts by managing key
relationships, overseeing AdSpend, optimizing lead conversion, and ensuring strategic
alignment across various marketing channels. This individual will also manage
certifications, content, and trade show activities to support corporate and government
business development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. GPO & Corporate Partnerships Management
- Manage and nurture relationships with Group Purchasing Organizations
(GPOs) and Corporate Purchasing Organizations (CPOs) where Hypersign is an approved vendor.
- Identify and leverage partnership opportunities to drive growth and enhance lead generation efforts.
2. AdSpend Management and Lead Flow Monitoring
- Oversee AdSpend budgets and ensure effective allocation for optimal lead
generation.
- Monitor and analyze lead flow to the sales team, ensuring timely follow-
ups and tracking progress to optimize conversion rates.
3. Certification Management
- Manage certifications such as VOSB (SBA) and Navoba to qualify for
relevant opportunities with corporate and government entities.
- Ensure all necessary certifications are current and renewed as needed.
4. Content Strategy and Management
- Oversee the creation, editing, and management of content used in
AdSpend campaigns to ensure alignment with Hypersign’s marketing
strategy and brand messaging.
- Collaborate with the content team to produce compelling marketing
materials.5. Trade Show Management
- Lead all aspects of trade show management, from planning and logistics
to execution and follow-up.
- Maximize Hypersign’s presence at trade shows to generate high-quality
leads and brand awareness.
6. Website & Landing Page Optimization
- Oversee website content and landing pages to optimize for lead
conversion and user experience.
- Work with web development and design teams to implement best
practices in SEO and conversion optimization.
7. Lead Conversion Monitoring
- Continuously monitor the effectiveness of lead conversion across various
marketing channels, identifying opportunities for improvement and
optimization.
- Report regularly to management on key performance metrics related to
lead generation and conversion.
8. Additional Duties
- Provide support for other marketing and sales activities as required by
management.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and contribute to various strategic initiatives that
drive growth.
Skills and Qualifications:

marketing initiatives.
- Strong understanding of AdSpend management, performance tracking, and
optimization.
- Experience with certifications, particularly in VOSB and Navoba, is a plus.
- Excellent content management and digital marketing skills. * Strong project management skills, especially related to trade shows and event planning.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and other departments to
achieve goals.
