We are looking for an Electromechanical and Automation Technician to join our Industrial Solutions team in Plainfield, Indiana and who will share our Company values.

What You’ll Be Contributing:
- Support the introduction of OEM products, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Coach operations teams’ leaders to be able to perform first level troubleshooting of OEM products.
- Serve as the second-level escalation. for troubleshooting. Diagnose and solve issues to ensure efficient operation.
- Create, document, and maintain troubleshooting logs.
- Evaluate and define technical requirements to support projects.
- Ensure process optimization to increase productivity and reliability.
- Identify automation opportunities including but not limited to control, robotic, communications, and data acquisition systems.
- Perform activities related to the deployment of automated system and department projects, including wiring, cabling, panel installation, and field installation.
- Participate in the programming of PLCs, primarily focusing on Schneider systems.
- Design and build innovative tools, jigs, and equipment to enhance automation capabilities.
- Oversee equipment and tooling maintenance program.
- Develop and maintain documentation of existing and new automation systems.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training activities for team members.
What Sets You Apart:
- College diploma in relevant field or equivalent years of experience.
- Have 3 years of progressive experience in high-tech industry.
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
- Ability to read electrical & mechanical drawings.
- Ability to program PLC & HMI (Schneider, LS).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving aptitudes.
- Good sense of organization, planning and problem solving.
- Developed autonomy and positive and proactive attitude.
- Ability to perform work in a production and development environment.
