We are looking for a Production Manager to join our team in Plainfield, Indiana.

What You’ll Be Contributing:
- Oversee daily production operations across multiple product lines.
- Ensure production targets are met in terms of volume, quality, and timelines.
- Lead, develop, and hold accountable production supervisors, line leads, and team members.
- Ensure proper training and onboarding for all production employees, reinforcing process standards and safety expectations.
- Monitor compliance with all safety procedures and company policies to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and support continuous improvement goals.
- Collaborate with other departments (Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Warehouse) to resolve issues quickly.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as output, downtime, efficiency, and attendance.
- Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and corrective actions when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards).
What Sets You Apart:
- 5 years of experience in a production or operations leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Active presence on the production floor within a fast-paced, high-volume facility.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with production planning tools, ERP/MRP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- This position may require prolonged standing/walking for 8 or more hours based on overtime and business needs; pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50lbs; and repetitive bending, squatting, stooping, kneeling, and reaching.
- Availability for occasional overtime or weekend work based on production needs.
