We are looking for a Product Manager in California to join our Product Management team who will share our Company values.

What You’ll Be Contributing:

• Own the product lifecycle – Lead production readiness processes, manage engineering change requests, and keep the Product Roadmap up to date.
• Ensure seamless product evolution – Validate alternate parts, document product change requests, and work closely with suppliers to optimize configurations.
• Be the technical expert – Gain in-depth knowledge of our products, their users, and emerging technology trends that influence our product strategy.
• Bridge the gap between business and engineering – Analyze technical challenges, evaluate trade-offs, and prioritize features that bring the most value.
• Engage with customers – Support new bids, resolve escalations, and provide technical training to both customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally – Work hand-in-hand with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Lifecycle Management to refine product options and ensure production success.
• Showcase our innovations – Travel to customer sites and industry trade shows, staying at the forefront of technology and market needs.

What Sets You Apart:

• A technical mindset with the ability to balance business and engineering needs. A strong understanding of computer hardware and its applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting roadmaps, training teams, and working with customers, with a knack for presenting complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• A passion for technology trends and how they shape product development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in Product Management, Server Sales Engineering, or a similar technical role.
• The ability to balance technical possibilities with customer needs to create impactful solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
