We are looking for a Test & Quality Control Technician to join our team in Plainfield, IN.

What You’ll Be Contributing:
- Perform in-process and finished product verification according to the specification of customer requirements.
- Perform the inspection of manufactured products.
- Submit written reports to document a process or product non-conformance.
- Perform in-process and finished product functionality testing.
- Perform visual wiring verification according to the schematics.
- Perform visual inspection of complete systems.
- Complete nonconformities written report raised during production assembly.
- Perform various electrical tests such as continuity, relay, polarity and calibration to ensure functionality and safety of the system using provided testing jigs and equipment.
- Troubleshoot faulty or misinstalled components detected during the test.
- Perform incoming inspection of received components.
- Perform pre-shipping inspection on prepared kits required for install and ensure accuracy with order details
- Review and maintain scan info, and NCR reports.
- Carry out product sampling in accordance with a pre-established frequency.
- Carry out product and inventory auditing with a pre-established frequency.
- Notify resource person in the event of product non-compliance.
What Sets You Apart
- Must be 18 years or older.
- One year of experience in a technical position required.
- High School diploma, GED or technical training program in electronics, computer science or any related area.
- Must have the ability to speak, read, and write in English at the full professional proficiency level
- This position does require prolonged standing/walking for 8 or more hours based on overtime and business needs; pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50lbs; and repetitive bending, squatting, stooping, kneeling, and reaching.
- Ability to follow instructions and problem solve.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Capacity to read circuit diagram and technical drawing is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
