General Description
Brix Implementation Consultants provide a variety of consulting and training services to new and existing Hyphen Solutions/Brix clients to ensure client satisfaction and the successful implementation of the Brix ERP application.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Brix Implementation Consultants work as members of a team or as an individual, providing critical process review, system design and configuration, infrastructure validation, system deployment, and user training as well as product knowledge expertise.

Brix Implementation Consultants provide a variety of consulting and training services to new and existing Hyphen Solutions/Brix clients to ensure client satisfaction and the successful implementation of the Brix ERP application.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Brix Implementation Consultants work as members of a team or as an individual, providing critical process review, system design and configuration, infrastructure validation, system deployment, and user training as well as product knowledge expertise.
Specific Duties And Responsibilities Include
- Assist with planning the Brix implementation and developing the implementation project plan to meet client expectations, timeframes, and budget.
- Work with client to ensure the client systems and infrastructure are ready to support deployment of Hyphen Solutions’ Brix application and help to resolve any issues that arise in these areas.
- Set up and configure the Brix application to meet the business needs of the client.
- Manage data conversion requirements as the client moves from their legacy system to Brix.
- Conduct Conference Room Pilots to verify new business processes, system configuration, and integration.
- Train client personnel, including management and office users on the proper use of Brix.
- Provide on-going training and application support for application users.
- Assist with identifying, tracking, and resolving issues that arise during the implementation process.
- Develop and maintain quality relationships and communication with project team members through the implementation process.
- Adhere to all Hyphen Solutions’ policies and procedures as well as implementation methodology and policies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor Degree required
- Ability to learn the activities necessary to implement enterprise level applications (ERP, CRM, or SCM)
- Extensive, hands-on experience of the Brix application, or other back office purchasing and accounting systems, from prior experience at a home builder.
- Strong foundational knowledge of homebuilding purchasing and accounting principles.
- Ability to become the Subject Matter Expert of the Brix application at Hyphen Solutions.
- Ability to contribute to the development and implementation of new business processes and new organizational roles and responsibilities
- Strong professional skills including ability learn quickly, adapt to a variety of client situations, and assist in managing client expectations
- Strong organizational / time management skills, with the ability to develop strong Project Management skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written) required
- Ability to work independently while adding value to team projects and assisting in the achievement of department goals
- Excellent decision-making skills and issue resolution skills
- Ability to acquire industry knowledge within a short period of time
- Travel is required for this position, estimated at 50%
