Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead backend development with a focus on Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, GraphQL, and RESTful APIs
- Design scalable system architectures and detailed technical solutions
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Designers, and Engineers to deliver high-performance applications
- Own end-to-end testing of your code and contribute to the automation framework
- Act as a subject matter expert on backend and middleware components
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth
- Participate in interviews and help build a strong technical team
- Continuously suggest process and code improvements to enhance delivery
- GraphQL API Development
- Node.js
- TypeScript
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5 years of backend development experience using Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs
- 5 years building internet-facing applications
- Strong experience with AWS and/or OpenShift
- Proficient in object-oriented programming, databases, software engineering principles
- Experience integrating APIs with front-end/mobile-specific frameworks
- Excellent collaboration, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
