This role is responsible for helping users understand the system, creating training materials, and ensuring employees can effectively use the software.

- Develop clear and easy-to-follow training materials, such as manuals, guides, and online courses.
- Train employees on how to use Oracle Cloud ERP effectively.
- Stay updated on system updates and best practices to improve training content.
- Work closely with different departments to understand training needs and make sure employees are comfortable using the system.
- Provide ongoing support to users and answer any questions they have after training.
- At least five years of experience training users on Oracle Cloud ERP or similar business software.
- Experience creating training materials and conducting workshops.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to teach employees with different levels of technical knowledge.
