A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Fast Formulas Developer.Key Responsibilities : Gather and document fast formula requirements and develop Fast formulas in collaboration with Absence, OTL, and Payroll administratorsDevelop and customize fast formulas for Absence, Payroll, and OTL modulesSupport payroll runs and assist users during the payroll processRequired Qualifications : Strong functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly in Absence, Payroll, and OTL modulesExtensive hands-on experience in developing and customizing fast formulasProficiency in creating reports using OTBI, BIP, and HCM ExtractsSolid understanding of payroll processes and ability to support payroll runsBackground in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS (techno-functional experience) is preferred
