Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Oracle VBCS & OIC Developer to join our remote team with some travel required to client locations. This role focuses on designing and developing web and mobile applications using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Visual Builder Studio, as well as building and managing integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- The ideal candidate should also have strong experience in Redwood page conversion, working closely with business stakeholders to evaluate, plan, and migrate legacy pages to the modern Redwood UX framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop custom applications using Oracle VBCS and Visual Builder Studio.
- Build robust and scalable integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM modules.
- Review Oracle Redwood UX requirements, prepare design plans, and convert standard pages into Redwood pages.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Utilize strong SQL and PL/SQL skills to manage data transformation and validation processes.
- Develop and consume SOAP and RESTful web services to integrate Oracle Cloud applications with third-party systems.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS) and Visual Builder Studio.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including REST/SOAP integrations.
- Experience in Redwood page analysis, planning, and conversion.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM modules.
- Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL for data access and manipulation.
- Experience in working with web services (SOAP and REST).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Prior experience working in a remote/distributed team environment.
- Oracle Cloud certifications in VBCS, OIC, or related technologies.

This is a remote role with occasional travel to the client site as needed.
