Job Description
· Performs sonography procedures for the diagnosis of medical conditions.
· Assists radiologist with biopsy and drainage procedures.
· Procedures will be performed according to departmental protocols, policies and procedures and established standards of practice.
· Performs high level disinfection of probes following departmental protocols.
· Exercises professional judgment in performance of services and maintains a demeanor reflective of medical ethics.
· Assesses, monitors, and provides appropriate patient care.
Require:
· Graduation from an accredited ultrasound program and ARDMS registry eligible.
· (Registry must be completed within 9 months of hire) OR ARRT registry with ultrasound credential
· American Heart Association BLS required within 30 days of hire
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
