hyrUP, an award-winning search firm, is seeking a Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst for a hybrid role based in Charlotte, NC. This position offers the opportunity to lead innovative BI projects within a dynamic data commerce company, leveraging advanced tools such as Looker, and potentially Tableau or Power BI, to transform complex data into actionable insights.
This is a FT/Perm role, hybrid 3 days/week in Charlotte, NC

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to translate business needs into custom reports and dashboards.
- Implement and optimize BI tools, guiding clients through data workflow enhancements.
- Design and develop insightful solutions using Looker, Tableau, and Power BI to drive client decision-making.
- Support sales and marketing efforts through technical demonstrations and data-driven insights.
Requirements:
- 4 years as a BI Analyst strong experience with Looker
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI is a plus
- 4 years experience with SQL
