Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Benefits Specialist based at our Greenville, NC location.
What you will do:
- Administer and maintain employee benefits, ensuring accuracy in enrollments and vendor communications.
- Serve as a resource for HR staff and employees, providing guidance on benefit programs.
- Assist with new hire benefit orientations and Open Enrollment planning and execution.
- Ensure accurate benefit data in Workday and perform quality checks.
- Support employees with benefits claims and troubleshoot issues.
- Coordinate wellness initiatives across U.S. locations.
- Oversee billing and invoice reviews for benefits-related expenses.

What you will need:
- Associate’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience administering employer-sponsored benefit plans.
Skills, Experience & Abilities
- Experience using HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
- Strong customer service skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills—clear, polished, and personable.
- Strong organizational and project planning abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
