Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc., a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, is seeking a talented Global Manager, Dealer Marketing Enablement in North Carolina to drive digital marketing strategies and eCommerce adoption across our global dealer network. In this role, you will develop and execute marketing initiatives that enhance dealer sales effectiveness, optimize digital platforms, and ensure global brand consistency.

What you will do:
Channel Marketing Enablement
  • Lead dealers in the adoption and execution of brand messaging to drive market share growth.
  • Develop and implement a global dealer eCommerce strategy, including business case development, platform selection, and implementation roadmap.
  • Establish and sustain secure and scalable eCommerce platforms and mobile technologies to enhance dealer sales effectiveness.
Tools, Channels, Platforms and Agency Partnerships
  • Optimize the company’s digital ecosystem to improve dealer marketing performance while minimizing costs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure global consistency in marketing materials for all product and service offerings.
  • Partner with the Global Digital Strategy team to define and execute the dealer eCommerce marketing strategy.
  • Manage third-party agency partnerships to achieve marketing and sales objectives.
Metrics and ROI
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to measure marketing performance, track ROI, and optimize strategies based on data insights.
  • Analyze customer data to refine segmentation, identify sales opportunities, and improve campaign effectiveness.
Social Media & Search Engine Marketing
  • Lead the creation and execution of global dealer social media marketing strategies, including platform selection, content distribution, and engagement tactics.
  • Develop and manage dealer SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and digital advertising strategies to enhance online visibility and lead generation.
Lead Nurturing and Customer Insights
  • Guide dealers in using customer analytics to refine segmentation, identify buying patterns, and improve messaging strategies.
  • Measure response rates and ROI to ensure data-driven decision-making and improved customer engagement.

What you will need:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (required).
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, and dealer marketing enablement.
Skills, Experience & Abilities
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Experience in B2B marketing, dealer sales support, and digital marketing strategy development.
  • Digital & Social Media Expertise: Proven track record in managing multi-channel digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and content marketing.
  • eCommerce Development: Experience in developing and managing dealer eCommerce platforms and lead generation strategies.
  • Project & Budget Management: Ability to oversee multiple projects, manage vendor relationships, and allocate budgets effectively.
  • Data Analytics & Performance Tracking: Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools to measure performance and optimize marketing spend.
  • Communication & Leadership: Strong ability to engage, educate, and align stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
