The Project Manager, Digital Office will support the Global Digital Platform leadership team in the execution of the Americas big data and analytics business strategy. The position will develop an understanding of the competitive landscape, the products, business models, and emerging technologies and trends, and use these learnings to assist in devising and executing the product development strategy and roadmap throughout the lifecycle. Continually monitoring evolving customer needs and competitive landscape in order to prioritize and plan future enhancements to maintain an enduring competitive advantage across HYG’s digital platform.
The Project Manager, Digital Office will support the Global Digital Platform leadership team in the execution of the Americas big data and analytics business strategy. The successful Project Manager, Digital Office will have the following Key Accountabilities:
- Project Management
- Create supporting project documents
- Building various project teams
- Document and track deliverables
- Provide executive summary reports
- Schedule and conduct project meetings
- Business Planning & Analysis
- Understand the requirements of the business
- Act as a liaison between the developers and business
- Process gathering
- Identify Gap and find solutions
- Vendor Management
- Participate in the selection, on-boarding and managing of multiple vendors
The successful Project Manager, Digital Office will have the following Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- With degree, 5 years relevant business experience, industry preferred
- In lieu of degree, 10 relevant business experience, industry preferred
- Project Management Skills, Agile Methodology preferred
- Business Analyst Skills
- Excellent PC Skills – MS Window and Office, preferred
- PM Tool Skills, Jira preferred
- Good Business Acumen, preferred
- Understanding of various business areas within HYG, preferred
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Organizational Skills
