Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to address day-to-day quality issues.
- Maintain accurate process documentation and quality records.
- Collaborate with the New Product Introduction (NPI) team and support innovation and automation strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (technical field) preferred or Associates degree or 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing.
- 3-5 years' experience in manufacturing or equivalent education.
Skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
