What You Will Do
- Develop and implement a group sales strategy focused on achieving growth objectives through sales support and analytics.
- Analyze current industry trends and data to create disruptive strategies that target key customer opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights to increase sales for Major and Dealer accounts, ensuring a focus on results rather than just reporting data.
- Develop and execute account targeting strategies to establish and strengthen relationships with both prospects and customers.
- Collaborate with all Sales channels to refine forecasting methodologies, track pipelines, and report against AOP budget.
- Oversee continuous improvement projects within the sales function and manage the demand planning function for Americas Sales.
- A results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A strategic thinker with a deep understanding of sales analytics and market disruption.
- A collaborative team player who can build strong cross-functional relationships to drive success.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to focus on both the big picture and the finer details that impact sales growth.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 10–15 years of relevant work experience.
- Extensive experience in wholesale sales operations.
- Expertise in sales management and a strong understanding of sales processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage full P&L responsibilities.
- In-depth knowledge of retail operations and how to leverage data to drive performance.
