What You Will Do
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design scalable and secure Salesforce architectures, and deliver end-to-end solutions that align with business goals.
- Conduct evaluations of existing Salesforce implementations, provide recommendations for improvements, and stay informed on platform updates to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Guide development teams, conduct code reviews, and ensure compliance with Salesforce development standards.
- Oversee project requirements, planning, and execution to ensure timely delivery of Salesforce solutions while prioritizing global and local business needs.
- Address regulatory requirements, including GDPR and international data governance policies, in all Salesforce-related activities.
- A strategic thinker with a passion for problem-solving and creating impactful solutions.
- A collaborative communicator capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive leader with a commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent field experience.
- Experience: 7–10 years of Salesforce architecture and implementation experience, including Sales, Service, and Community Cloud expertise.
- Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, integration methods, data modeling, and development best practices.
- Extensive experience designing Salesforce solutions, including data models, system integrations, and customizations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture principles and ability to create scalable, secure designs.
- Proven track record of delivering solutions that meet non-technical business stakeholders' needs while addressing technical complexities.
- Proficient in project management, including planning, execution, and resource allocation.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as GDPR and data governance policies.
- Effective leadership and mentorship skills to guide development teams.
