Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Special Products Lead based at our Greenville, NC location.

What You Will Do

• Program Management: Lead the development of strategic programs such as incentives and campaigns, ensuring project schedules are created and maintained. Coordinate with responsible departments to ensure all activities are aligned.
• Internal Systems Connection Management: Investigate and improve internal order management and quoting tools to streamline the process of quoting and ordering products through NOVO.
• Internal Sales Support: Support global sales teams by providing credible and compelling operator assist solutions through training, product demonstrations, and engineering support.
• Customer Success Support: Assist in efforts for in-field retrofitting of technologies and parts stocking programs to drive customer satisfaction and efficiency.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, or experience in engineering and design.
  
  

Skills, Experience & Abilities

• Strong project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams
• Excellent business acumen and ability to influence at all organizational levels
• Broad knowledge of marketing, finance, manufacturing, purchasing, and engineering
• Demonstrated leadership and corporate influence skills
• Expertise in product conception, product marketing, and technical product management
