What are the responsibilities and job description for the AR Payment Processor position at HYTORC?
This position is responsible for the accurate processing of credit cards, cash posting and lite collections.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare credit card reports.
- Process credit cards including posting those payments at the time of charge.
- Posting checks & ACH payments daily to customer accounts.
- Contacting customers / sales reps on declined credit card accounts to resolve.
- Special projects as time permits
Education / Experience Required
Computer Skills Necessary
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP Business One preferred but not required
