The Test Engineer will work within our engineering organization to ensure through testing that our state-of-the-art industrial torque tool products meet all stated product requirements. The ideal candidate will have broad experience in electro-mechanical product verification testing, reliability testing and accelerated life testing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform all aspects of verification including functional, regression, load, and system testing as well as documentation
- Develop the test strategy to efficiently perform verification and reliability testing
- Develop test plans, fixtures, and procedures as required
- Design, implement, and maintain testing environments
- Analyze test results and generate test reports
- Participate in collaborative product improvement efforts
- Document processes and standard operating procedures
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives to develop new capabilities
- Coordinate / oversee independent test labs as required
