Hyundai Design Center America, part of Hyundai America Technical Center Inc. (HATCI) is looking for a Lead Designer to join our design team in Ann Arbor, MI.
Job Functions :
- Take lead in development of XRT programs with local and regional Tier 1 and 2 suppliers.
- Establish long & short-term business planning, including implementing a fully functioning design studio in Ann Arbor for development production and accessory design development, budget projection, budget creation, financial management, and completing reports.
- Foster communication and collaboration between Hyundai Design Center America and counterparts inside and outside of the company.
- Given the nature of the design studio environment with high stress and heavy workload, good communication skills and a positive, warm personality would be a great asset.
