Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Facilities Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software (CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.Relevant certifications (e.g., CFM, PMP, LEED, OSHA certification) are preferred.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, building codes, and compliance requirements (e.g., OSHA, NFPA).
- 3 5 years of experience in facility management, building maintenance, or similar roles
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong understanding of facility management principles and best practices, particularly in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and other critical building systems.

Essential Functions
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of building facilities, ensuring all systems function properly, efficiently, and safely to support production activities.
- Establish and enforce safety procedures, emergency response plans, and best practices for facility management.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of maintenance work, ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and seek opportunities to optimize energy efficiency and reduce operational expenses.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address facility needs, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

- Respond promptly to and resolve facility-related emergencies, including mechanical failures, power outages, and environmental hazards.
