Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in janitorial supervision or facility management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in managing vendor relationships and service contracts.
• Knowledge of cleaning practices, equipment, and chemical safety.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with manufacturing plant safety regulations and standards.
• Bilingual in Korean and English is highly preferred

Essential Functions
• Oversee and manage the janitorial service provider, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and quality standards.
• Inspect and assess the cleanliness of the facility, including production areas, offices, restrooms, and common spaces.
• Develop and adjust cleaning schedules based on operational needs.
• Monitor the performance of the janitorial team, addressing service deficiencies and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and coordinate procurement with vendors.
• Prepare and present performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill special cleaning requests and projects.
• Respond promptly to unexpected cleaning needs or incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
