Title: CC Operations Manager

Summary:
The CC Operations Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the logistics operations such as creating a safe working environment for the employees, manage the warehouse, transportation, logistics processes, identify issues and opportunities for process improvements and develop new strategies to streamline the current processes to reduce cost so that factors for production interference can be reduced and prevented.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data to identify the root cause of problems and issues and create countermeasures.
- Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements; Logistics performance in Assembly Plant site and in Consolidation Center, Report for production problematic factor and improvement in time.
- Manage the operations so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with suppliers and customers.
- Ability to manage, coach, and provide training for direct reports; check and control problematic factors for safety in working area, control and manage the 5S in working area, and ontrol and manage the work discipline in working area.
- Attendance and PTO management, SWIS, SOP management, communication and meeting with AMs and SVs, field audit, damage & incident report.
- Understand risks and issues and report quickly and effectively to upper management. Develop cost-reducing strategies and improvements for efficiency. Monitor workplace safety standards and ensure they are being followed. Coordinate the schedule and time off of the Team to ensure coverage. Check the logistics equipment status (i.e. tugger, forklift, trucks..)
- Perform all other tasks, as assigned by management.
Requirements/Preferences
- 3-8 years of experience required in related field.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal; strong in Microsoft Excel; Familiarity in ERP and SAP.

Pay Range: $94,000-$106,000
Car Allowance: An allowance will be given to the candidate to participate in Glovis Alabama's car lease program.
Cell Phone Allowance: Candidate will be given an allowance, or given a company phone for business purposes.
Incentive: Yearly incentive given based on candidate's individual KPI results.
