Job Title: Human Resources Specialist

Reports to: Human Resources Assistant Manager and HOD
Job Summary: The HR Specialist assists the HR Assistant Manager in managing the daily activities of the Human Resources Department.
Duties And Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development of new retention strategies.
- Assist with HR GAL Reporting with Headquarters.
- Assist with improvement of company policies.
- Maintain the upkeep of GAL's Organization Chart.
- Assist with recruiting exempt and non-exempt employees.
- Assist with employee on-boarding.
- Assist with processing invoices for HR required services.
- Assist with posting vacant positions to internal and external job boards.
- Assist with ensuring accuracy of department exempt/non-exempt job descriptions.
- Assist with Korean Interns' VISA process.
- Assist with data entry into ADP for new hires.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- 3-5 years experience as Human Resources Generalist
Equipment:
- Proficient in computers and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
