Inventory Supervisor

Summary:

We have an open Inventory Supervisor position at our consolidation center in Montgomery, AL.

Responsibilities:

-Schedule and assign tasks for inventory employees.

-Conduct Investigation For Missing Cases, Bin Problems, And Investigation For CKD And Local Parts ASN Issues.

-Make Reports For Incidents, Scrap Parts, Obsolete Parts.

-Make Suggestions To Improve and Maintain Inventory Accuracy and Efficiency.

-Monitor Dock Out Confirmation & Solve Dock Out Confirmation Errors.

-Assist Operations With Inventory Related Issues.

-Communicate With Management About Issues.

-Identify, Report, and Resolve Operational Errors Impacting Inventory Accuracy.

-Maintain and update in inventory in the warehouse management system.

-Review and monitor inventory discrepancies and analyze errors.

-Identify and report operational errors impacting inventory accuracy.

-Analyze data and make suggestions to improve and maintain inventory accuracy and efficiency.

-Work On Special Projects (Scrap, Obsolete Parts, Etc).

-Check Parts In The Scrap Area.

-System Adjusting For Scanning Errors, Process Errors, Irregular Shipments.

-Conduct daily inventory counts, including customer required counts.

-Communicate with management regarding count results. Also, the customer, if customer needs count results.

-Perform inventory related duties as requested.

Requirements:

Candidate must have 2 years of inventory experience in a warehouse setting.

Must be able to work flexible hours to ensure coverage.

Be self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills to deal with customers and employees.

Be able to inspire and motivate team members.

Be able to work a flexible schedule, work overtime, and weekends if required.

Candidate must have a strong work ethic.

Work Hours: 6:00am-3:00pm

Pay Range: $55,000-$59,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $71,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
